Abstract

A purpose of this study is on health level, pain perception level and these correlation in the elder with chronic pain, the results is used basic data at development of nursing intervention the results as follows;
1. Social properties of population
Average age is 74 years old, woman lives older than man with 74.4%, family's number is over 5 with 48.1%, day-life play PLAYING HWATOO and YOOTNORI
2. Health level
The region of pain is the joint ＆ bone with 66.7%, the continuance time is over 3 years with 63.0%, the surgery with 29.6%
3. The pain perception level on VAS is 3.24 with average.
4. The expression of korean pain is that the region of another pain is highest with 50.9%, the sensory region with 46.5%, the region of punishment with 43%.
5, The pain perception level of social properties is higher on woman with 3.25, the educational level is no-education with 3.41(p＜0.05), the religion with 3.75, and the monopoly of food is highest with 3.83(p＜0.05).
6. The pain perception level on health level of present time and future
The continuance time of pain is over 3 years with 3.45(p＜0.05), and the experiencer of surgery is higher with 4.50(p＜0.05).
